These general sales conditions aim to provide all necessary information to the customer regarding the modality of contracts for the purchase and sale of products and the provision of services concluded remotely in Portugal, in accordance with Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14.

The images of the products available in the online catalog aim to reproduce, as faithfully as possible, the product as it is in reality. Some products may present slight differences between them due to the materials and manufacturing processes used. - Price
4.1 The prices of products are those disclosed in the online catalog, which already include VAT at the legal rate in force. 4.2 The prices in the online catalog may be updated, and the price displayed at the time of the order is the one applied.
- Delivery Time
5.1 The availability period of each product will be indicated at the checkout and subsequently in the order confirmation sent by email.
5.2 The delivery of in-stock products will be made within the foreseeable period of 15 (fifteen) days.
5.3 The delivery of out-of-stock products will be made after the arrival of the last item.
5.4 The delivery of products to islands (Açores and Madeira) may take longer due to constraints inherent in the type of transport used.
5.5 If the indicated period changes due to just impediment, you will be informed of the new delivery date.

After completing the purchase process, we will send you the transaction invoice in digital format to the email address you provided at checkout.
- Delivery Service
7.1 Susana G provides a home delivery service; for more information, contact us via email at [email protected].
7.2 Once the order is paid, and the items are available, Susana G’s after-sales service will schedule the delivery to be made within the foreseeable period of 15 (fifteen) days. If this scheduling is not convenient for the customer, a new date will be agreed upon by both parties.
7.3 This service does not include deliveries involving hoisting through windows or balconies, affixing to walls and ceilings, or electrical installations or any construction and remodeling services.
7.4 In any case and prior to placing the order, the buyer should check the measurements of the products, as the problems inherent in the passage or maneuvering of the products through doors, elevators, stairs, corridors, or at the delivery location are at their own risk.
7.5 In the presence of just impediment, the agreed delivery date may be changed without representing responsibility on the part of the company Susana G.
7.6 Reservation of property: the ownership of the product(s) transfers to the buyer only on the date when the following requirements are simultaneously fulfilled:
- Payment of the product(s) to Susana G;
- Delivery of the product(s) to the buyer.
- Resolution and Return Conditions
8.1 To avoid unnecessary environmental and pecuniary impacts resulting from the return of defect-free products, we are entirely available to provide you with all necessary information before making your purchase.
8.2 As a consumer of distance goods, you have the right to terminate the purchase and sale contract within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product(s) are delivered to you.
8.3 For this purpose, you must communicate the free resolution of the contract by sending a letter accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice to the following address:

In response, we will send you a return guide to the address indicated on the purchase invoice.
8.4 The return of the products, accompanied by the return guide, must be made within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the document, at our warehouse, at the following address:

Warehouse deliveries are subject to prior scheduling of date and time, by phone at +351 289 392 110.
8.5 Products and respective packaging that maintain all original characteristics are considered in proper conditions, namely:
- Do not show signs of use;
- Have not been assembled;
- Are in the original packaging;
- Maintain all original labeling;
- Are not damaged or deteriorated.
8.6 The above conditions will be checked upon the delivery of the products to our warehouse.
8.7 The return of products that do not meet the indicated conditions implies the loss of the right to free resolution.
8.8 The costs associated with the return of the product(s) are the responsibility of the customer.
8.9 After receiving and verifying the compliance of the returned items, Susana G Unipessoal S.A. will refund the value of the purchased goods, excluding the amount paid for the provided transport service, within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) days.
8.10 The refund will be made by the same means of payment used in the purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
8.11 The products listed in the order are sold separately, and these conditions apply to each product individually.
8.12 Susana G Unipessoal S.A., exceptionally, may cancel the delivery of the product(s) for just impediment, in which case, it will refund the value of the canceled product(s), and no other amount or indemnity can be demanded.
8.13 The cancellation of the delivery of any product does not prejudice the sale of the other products listed in the same order.
8.14 Exchanges or returns of food products are not accepted.
8.15 In the impossibility of Susana G Unipessoal S.A. delivering the products to the buyer, after 6 (six) months from the date of the first attempted delivery, Susana G Unipessoal S.A. may dispose of the product(s) without the buyer being entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
- Warranty Period
The legal warranty period will be applied.
- Complaints
10.1 If any nonconformity is found in the delivered products at the time of receipt, you can wait for our contact or send an email to [email protected].
10.2 For subsequent complaints within the warranty period, also contact us by email at [email protected].
10.3 If the article in question is within the warranty period, the seller will assess whether the complaint falls within the scope of the warranty and, if so, will proceed with its repair or replacement with another of equal or comparable value.
10.4 Variations in materials inherent in manufactured products are not considered defects, and the seller does not guarantee that items made of natural products (such as wood, bamboo, stone, leather, resin, or similar products) or with artisanal finishes will be exactly the same or that their characteristics will not change over time.
10.5 The seller is not responsible for the normal depreciation or perishing of items due to the use and maintenance given to them by the buyer.
10.6 The refund of the value of the products to be returned will be made after collection and through the means of payment used in the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
